AgentHarvest^® Elite™ Minimum Requirements for Consideration

We require that all agents joining the AgentHarvest^® Elite™ provide the following information:

• Proof of Expertise - You must demonstrate sales success by providing:
• Awards or Rankings
• National, state or metro sales-based ranking -or-
• Proof of nationally recognized sales-based awards
  
• Full Agent Detail Info Sheet MLS Data
• All transactions over past 12 months
• Must have a minimum of 25 sales during the past 12 months
• Each transaction submitted must include a separate Full Agent Detail Reports obtained from MLS


• Pledge of Customer-Focused Service
• All agents must adhere to the AgentHarvest Client's Bill of Rights
• Must submit testimonials from 5 recent clients
• Must be a full-service agent
• Must work at real estate as a full-time occupation


• State License - Please submit your license number(s) and the state or states in which they're held


• Internet Marketing Strategy
• We will research your current listings' marketing and presentation on the Internet
• We will review and critique your agent website to make sure it's attractive, informative and current
• We will also analyze your social media presence, blogs, and other publications you're mentioned in.


• Real Estate Technologies
• Must offer one or more of the following marketing tools:
• Home Staging
• A unique listing web address (ex. 123MainStreet.com)
• Dedicated property-specific webpage or website
• Professional video
• Professional photography
• Virtual tour
• 2-D rendering floorplan
• 360° 3-D walkthru tour
• Arial photography or arial drone photography
• Any other approved marketing tool not listed

A Final Phone Interview by AgentHarvest^®

After an agent passes all of our evaluation criteria, a licensed real estate agent from AgentHarvest^® will conduct a phone interview to review compatibility with our program.

What We're Looking For in an AgentHarvest^® Elite™ Candidate

When evaluating agents, AgentHarvest^® will look at testimonials, website links, state licensing data and class credits, your current Internet marketing packages, social media presence, and anything else we can find about you on the Internet.  Transactions alone will not qualify for approval into the program.  You must have great Internet presence with informative data about you, your market, great testimonial support, and we must be assured that you will best represent our clients and us.
