The AgentHarvest Network Contest Rules and Eligibility
Terms and Proper Names
The terms "AgentHarvest Network" and "the Network" are used interchangeably and meant to have the same meaning. The term "Featured Listings" refers to the list of properties, identified only by the ACTIVE MLS number that qualify for entry into the contest drawing. The terms "Contest" and "Drawing" are used interchangeably and meant to have the same meaning.
$1000 Drawing Prize
The AgentHarvest Network drawing prize is a single payment of $1000 in the form of a check paid by AgentHarvest to the winning agent.
National Eligibility
Listing on the Network is limited to licensed real estate agents only in states that allow drawings like this. AgentHarvest Referred Client listings are included on the Network for free for the life of the listing agreement. Contest and contest entry is void where prohibited and not permitted in Rhode Island.
Properties Eligible for Contest Entry
Only the sale of a Featured Listing with an active MLS number listed in the MLS # column or FSBO properties with a non-MLS code are eligible for entry into the $1000 drawing contest. Properties are identified by MLS # only, and not by their property address. Listings with the same property address but different MLS # are not considered eligible properties. We make every effort to remove non-active MLS listings from the list as soon as they are discovered.
All Featured Listings eligible for Contest entry are listed on the AgentHarvest Network page at http://www.agentharvest.com/realtors/network.html. Any agent promoting a property as being eligible, not featured on the AgentHarvest Network page could be committing fraud. Please report any findings to AgentHarvest for further investigation.
Contestant Eligibility
Eligibility to participate in the $1000 drawing is limited to licensed real estate agents only, representing the buyer of an active Network Featured Listing. Only one buyer's agent is eligible per listing and each listing sold counts as one entry. Multiple sales will count as multiple entries.
How to Enter the Contest
To enter the $1000 Drawing, all a buyer's agent needs to do is represent a buyer buying one of the active Featured Listings. After the closing, the agent needs to fill out and return the Contest Entry Form and attach a copy of the HUD-1 form to prove eligibility. Entries will be collected until the Drawing Date when the winner is selected. Multiple entries are permitted and encouraged.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning the $1000 drawing are one chance per the total number of properties listed on the Network that sell during the current contest period. Each entry has an equal chance of winning.

The $1000 Drawing Contest is sponsored and administered by AgentHarvest only. Bell Real Estate, any listing agent promoting a listing on the Network, nor their clients are responsible for any part of the contest or payment of any prize money.

Winner Selection Method
Two drawings are held each year at roughly six-month intervals in the offices of AgentHarvest. Entries into the contest are eligible for the current drawing period only. All non-winning entries are removed after each drawing. A winner is determined by a random drawing by the contest administrator from a covered box containing the name of every entry written on an individual piece of paper of identical size and type. The winner will be notified by the e-mail address or phone numbers obtained from the contact information listed on the Contest Entry Form used to register for the drawing. If the prize is left unclaimed 30 days after the drawing, AgentHarvest will conduct another drawing from the same pool of names and award the prize to the next winner. AgentHarvest will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner using the contact information submitted on the Contest Entry Form.
