Why Have I Been Asked to Join?

We asked you to join The AgentHarvest Top 3 because you are one of the ten highest-selling agents in an area we are looking to fill. When we look for agents in an area, we are only concerned with the ten best agents according to their MLS SOLD statistics for last year.  Out of those ten agents, we only choose three.

How Much Does It Cost?

We only charge a 25% referral fee due after closing. You owe nothing until the property sells. We do not charge any other fees associated with referrals, territories or membership.

What is the AgentHarvest Top 3?

The AgentHarvest Top 3 is the name we give the pool of agents that receive our referrals. All agents in the Top 3 must be one of ten highest-selling agents in their area. We determine that ranking to determine which agents get invited to participate. There are a maximum of three agents in each area we represent. The AgentHarvest Top 3 is not a program that agents have to pay to join it's just a name we use to identify the agents that we select.

What is the AgentHarvest Network?

The AgentHarvest Network is a promotion that we offer listing agents and FSBO sellers to attract buyer's agents to your listing. The buyer's agent representing the buyer purchasing your Network featured listing will earn one chance to participate in a $1000 drawing.  AgentHarvest referred client listings are included in the Network for free. Can I Add My Listings to the Network?

Yes. You can add non-AgentHarvest referred listings to the Network for a one-time fee per listing. Listings not sold during the current drawing time period are automatically rolled over to the next drawing so there is no expiration or time limit on the promotion except for the expiration of your listing agreement with your client. See The AgentHarvest Network and Listing Your Properties on the Network for details.

You can use any of the promotional badges found on our Promotional Badges page to show that you list properties on the Network or to show agents that a listing is included in the Network, and eligible for the $1000 Drawing.  See the Promotional Badges page for details. 

What Type of Referrals Can I Expect?

Approximately 95% of our referrals are single-family listings. We do not target foreclosures, relocation companies or investors. A majority of our referrals are for clients wanting to work with agents not just looking for an agent to unlock a door or answer questions about someone else's listing.

How Current are These Referrals?

Immediately after we pre-screen the client to determine their intent and validity, we send their information to you.

How Are Territories Chosen?

Territories are broken down by city or town. Big cities like Dallas are broken down into smaller sub-sections. Agents are chosen per territory based on their performance in the area they are asked to represent so your territory selection will always be relevant.

Will I Have To Compete for the Listing?

Only three agents represent a single area. All Top 3 agents are given the referral at the same time so there is an equal chance to schedule an interview.  We stress to our clients the importance of interviewing all three agents to make an informed decision and so that you can avoid a mad race to be the first to contact the client.
