What is the AgentHarvest Network?
If you hire an AgentHarvest Top 3 agent to sell your house, we'll offer a $1000 Promotional Contest that you can feature on your MLS listing and other marketing information to the attention of draw buyer's agents to your listing. We'll also feature your listing with all other listings eligible for this drawing on our website. The $1000 buyer's agent incentive is a chance at a drawing for $1000 for the buyer's agent representing the buyer of your house. This is a unique service that's only offered by AgentHarvest. How Much Does Your Service Cost?
Our real estate agent finder service, The AgentHarvest Top 3, and The AgentHarvest Network, are free for our clients. We only receive compensation in the form of a referral fee from the real estate agent after the sale. Because we only get paid if your house sells, this keeps us motivated to only find the best agents capable of selling your house.
Am I Obligated to Use Any
of the Agents You Send?
No, you are not under any obligation to use any agent we send you. If you decide not to use an AgentHarvest referred agent, you will not be able to participate in the AgentHarvest Network.
